Pressroom ManagerPosition Pressroom Manager Versailles, KentuckyQuebecor Worlds Versailles, Kentucky facility has an opening for a Pressroom Manager reporting to the Regional Vice-President and General Manager. Essential Functions Responsibility for the results of the Versailles pressroom operations to include the following safety, productivity, quality, customer relations, sales relations, employee relations, and the financial performance of the department. Must be able to provide overall leadership, direction and management of the activities of the pressroom Must ensure compliance with all Company policies/procedures and with all Local, State, and Federal Law Regulations. Critical Skills/CompetenciesThis individual must understand our business and have the ability to think strategically and effectively execute the business plan. Must be able to communicate the key performance objectives of the department establish appropriate measurement to monitor departmental performance delegate appropriately to the pressroom team and establish a high level of accountability. This individual must be able to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization and maintain a high level of professionalism both internally and externally. Minimum QualificationsB.S. Degree in a Business discipline (Accounting/Finance/Marketing/Management) is highly preferred and MBA is desirable. 7-10 years of experience in a key leadership position in which they had complete operational and financial responsibility for a department. Knowledge of the printing industry and the printing processes in a book manufacturing, multi-color web offset environment preferred. |
